Delivery information
Shipping is worked out at checkout from your postcode and the size of the part, so the freight charge is visible before you pay.
When orders leave
Orders are packed and dispatched on business days after payment clears, and not on weekends or public holidays. Tracking details are emailed once the consignment is booked.
Freight classes
Each product page shows one of two freight classes.
- Standard: parts that fit in a carton, such as lamps, mirrors, handles, control arms and window regulators.
- Bulky: large panels such as bumpers, bonnets, guards, doors and tailgates. These travel with bulky freight services, which cost more and take longer than parcel delivery.
Transit times
Transit starts from dispatch rather than from the order date, and it varies with the carrier assigned to your consignment.
Where we deliver
Homes, workshops and depots across Australia. Bulky parts are simplest to receive at a business address with someone there to sign. If a panel is going to a home address, let us know at checkout so a carrier with residential delivery can be booked.
Authority to leave
When you give the carrier authority to leave a parcel without a signature, delivery is complete once it is left at your address, and loss or damage after that point is not the responsibility of us or the carrier. Without that authority, someone must be there to receive it.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Check the delivery before you sign and photograph any damaged packaging before opening it. If a part arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, get in touch promptly with your order number and photos so we can resolve it.
