Bar slides are the plastic brackets at each end of the bumper where it meets the guard or rear quarter. A light corner bump often snaps them, leaving the bumper end sagging or gapped.

Fitting notes

Slides are inexpensive and corner specific, and a new slide is frequently all a loose bumper end needs.

Which side is which: on vehicles delivered new in Australia, the right hand side is the driver’s side and the left hand side is the passenger side.
